So I'm sitting at a light headed back to the office on this fine summer day, chillin to Clocks by Coldplay. Light turns green, I start going, and then thought, 'hrmm. I'm in the wrong lane'' so already in second I boost to get a good lead and cut over to my right (the street I had to take was only a block away) as soon as I peak boost PUUHFFFEEWWW! Boosted a hose off. fantastic. I ended up pushing the car a block down across three lanes in traffic, pop the hood, find the hose, fix it, with people walking/driving by looking wondering what the hell I was doing half under my car. I must add that there were a few really pretty girls that just giggled and did the look back. I don't care if they were makin fun. I just smiled back nodded my head. Why you ask? Because while I was laying half under the car wrenching I saw some pink and blue panties! bwuahahahaha! (horrible, I know)

It only needed to happen to me once for me to realize I needed to change the zip ties I had installed originally the day before it happened.

When the hose blew, I pulled over immediately and reconnected the blown hose. Couple of minutes later I went to the nearest auto store and picked up some hose clamps. Let's just say that proper hose clamps work whereas zip ties clearly don't...

exactly what happened to me. Luckily I limped it back home without any problems until I stopped a half a block away. Had to push it back to my house.
