    Hey Guys,

Has anyone bought the UBERHÄUS rear spoiler from LLTEK ? The price seems pretty reasonable but I'm not too sure about the quality of the product and the installation. What's do you guys think?

Most of the time the way it turns out will be decided by the prep work before painting. If the shop half asses it, you'll probably see dimples and pits.

I suggest you double check fit on the window before you send it for paint. Also, make sure it can be baked, some of those cannot be heat cured b/c of the material used.

Mine just got painted, but haven't installed it yet.
I think I will use glue that I've picked up from BMW - Betalink K1, but really haven't thought much about it yet. Just too lazy to find 3M tape, but I'm sure that would work out well also.
There are pre-drilled threaded holes underneath, but for the life of me, I don't know where to drill into the stock spoiler to fit.

LA_Audi - have you found any problems with the water pooling in the crack, between the stock spoiler and the new spoiler? I don't know how any water will drain off easily... has it afffected the glue/tape that you used?

NO issues what so ever. It all depends on the glue you use. I know I had an issuewith the spoiler on my B6, but then i took it to a shop to have it done properly and there were no more issues. Sometime, the glue they give you isnt strong enough.

So what did your bodyshop end up using, Betalink or 3M Tape ?
