Will the APR downpipe for a B6 bolt up fine with a B5?

I am selling a APR 2.5" downpipe, for a B6 1.8t QUATTRO.

Will it bolt up and fit a B5 1.8t quattro?

Sure if you dont mind your down pipe sitting on the ground, because the DP's on the B6 are about 4" longer then the B5. Found that out the hard way trying to fit the Full-race down pipe designed for a B5 onto a B6 and it wouldn't fit because it was too short and hitting the cross bar.
