S-Line bumper cover question...Not usual questions

I plan on getting an S-line bumper cover soon, but was wondering, when you buy the bumper cover brand new, does the bumper cover part itself come with anything extra (screws, tabs, anything). I don't mean the grills, just the bumper cover. I am asking because if I happen to find one used some where, I want to make sure I get everything I would need for the install. I know I still need the grill and fog grills.

comes with nothing....you use your existing screws and bolts from your bumper. Sline uses different grills: S-line, S4 or rs4 are all compatible.
