    I have 19's and now need my fenders rolled on my S4 what does it usually cost? I want it done right so thats why I am not going to do it.

    i did mine with a metal pipe about 2 inches in diameter. its not that hard to do...just dont put too much strength into it and push your entire fender out.
    get a head gun so you dont chip paint, a wooden bat or something round and DIY

    Just use a baseball bat and a heat gun. Once your done, take the fenders to a body shop to smooth it out a bit.

    this is what i have.
    haven't had to use it on my car yet but i have used it on a Mustang running 315/35R17s in the rear and i have also used it on a slammed skyline.
    works like a charm, and as long as you use a heatgun while you roll, you won't crack any paint.
