don't get Marcs Fueling kit.

he has decided that he's no longer gonna help me tune and tweak the fueling kit i bought from him, why? for no reason... my suggestion is to spend the extra 500 bucks with a reputable shop so that you can get the customer service, without marcs pettyness.


don't misunderstand my post, the tune seems to be good, and it feels strong, but the fact that he would just decide to stop providing any help for no reason is really disconcerting and i'd like to make sure no one else gets d*cked over.

he's helped me out plenty before too, and i used to always back marc up when it came to things like this, but he literally decided he was no longer going to help me with my tune/ fueling kit.. no rhyme or reason.. his exact response was " if you have any questions or problems, please post on the enthusiast site Audizine for support"

weird.. he's been NOTHING but tremendous help. he's busy but usually responds within 24 hours via email. Even 5 months later, he'll still go over logs with me, make suggestions, etc. i've learned so much from his help and am extremely satisfied.



I know for a fact i wouldn't get nearly as responsive, long-term, continuous help from any other 'stage 3' vendors.. except for maybe VAST, from what i've seen or heard here and other boards. People unsatisfied with ASP's response/resolution to stg 3 issues, people can't get ahold of Tony/EPL, etc. etc. Marc has been nothing but accessible, a wealth of knowledge and help and has shown NOTHING but concern for the highest level of service and customer satisfaction.

i was a marc supporter, and i still think his tune is strong, but to just say " im not helping you anymore" because i wouldn't do what he wanted me to do and delete that one post .. is RIDICULOUS, and PETTY

i am running no where NEAR 3.5 fats thats what he told me after i sent him a log, i rechecked that log and it wasn't 3.5, best fats i've run so far is 4.3

a method of calculating your S4's performance. it's ridiculous to compare one cars time to another (varying roads, octane, temperatures, intercooling, wheel weights, etc etc etc). it's useful for testing fuel/timing tweaks and other performance upgrades -- as long as it's the same car, same stretch of road, same ambient temperature.

how is it obnoxious? it's a statement that says other people too have had issues with their stage 3 tunes .. implying that if that dude WAS infact having troubles with his tune, it's not something that should be attributed to the fact that he has marcs tune. because it has happened wit OTHER tuners.
