Tried to find a setting option so that when i click on a thread with a new post it takes me to the first unread post?

I hate having to scroll on every page to find where the new posts that i havent read start when its a multiple page thread.

Wonderign if such an option exists and if not if implementing one would be feasable?

There is an icon before new/active threads that looks like this:

Clicking that should take you to the newest/unread post in the thread. I use it all the time.
