I like my wiper. but i hardly ever get to use it.

When it's raining i sometimes think to myself, man i can't see SHIT out that back window!

Post a pic of the wiper cover plate! Or a straight on up close angle! Did you use the same method as deleting it as you would on a honda? I did the rear wiper delete on my old DC2 integra and civic hatch. Gives it more of a clean look. I used my rear wiper though this morning in the rain, so I dont ever see mine going away, lol.

yeah it prety much the same mod. I even used the same type of 1" cap that I used on my integra.

NEVER USE RAIN-X! I used it years ago on my Honda Civic and it left a horrible film on the the glass that never came off. Clean glass and a good wiper is way better.

Rain X products are very popular, I think it'll hard to convince anyone not to use it. I (along with many, many others) use it all the time without any issues. Which product did you use?

I had this same issue happen, I couldnt get it off the window, left a nasty film that would blind you in very sunny reflections. Not too sure if it was the rain-x or the fog-gone however... anyways, will never use it again because of this.

I had a similar problem with the rain-x. It didn't leave a permanent film, but it totally defeated the purpose of applying it. Sweet there is no water on my rear window, but i cant see through the glass.

I guess I'm wrong about Rain X. Has worked great for me, I've used the window cleaner product from them. It cleans the window AND adds the rain propellant and works as advertised with no residue. I've never used just the rain propellant but I've never heard anything bad about it until now.
