I just replaced my stock TIP that blows near the turbo with the APR's one. By the way, that one miss one hole and the hole for PCV is too tight!!! It needs to be "dremelled". The installation was easy, I replace everything a the good place. I started the car and everything was correct. I ran the car for 5 miles and it started to feel like a bad coilpack. I just replace one a month ago. The CEL glowed at the same time and it flashed a couple times but not all the time. I think it's a second coilpack failure but does something I made wrong with my TIP change could do a similar problem???
