So do the hawk HPS pads fit or what??

I been researching on some pads to get for my b7 s4 since i'm getting new rotors soon. I keep seeing that some people couldn't use the hawk hps pads because the clips on the pads are not correct and that the caliper spring does not fit to these pads. Does anyone know if this is true or if the problem has been fixed yet because i wanted to get these pads for their lower dusting and slighty better performance over stock.

I thought the S4 and A4 calipers were the same? I am getting some S4 brakes so I would like to get an answer to this too.
