How can I tell what head unit I have?

All it says is Audi Symp on the tape deck door. Dealership can't tell me via my VIN, and there are mult ipod integration kits that work with Symp II, Symp II plus, Concert II, Concert II plus, etc head units. Want to make sure I get the correct one.

Don't get the Audi iPod integration kit. Make sure to get a DICE or some other integration. The factory one is made by DICE, but you can't control any of the settings. Once it's plugged in, your ipod is frozen and the only way to control it is via the stereo controls. Which can be a pain. Go with the aftermarket integrations.

Thanks all! Sounds like I'll go with the one from ECS or elseware.
