    my problem was my TCU not my torque converter!

    I met up with another member last night and swapped tcu's with him and my transmission problem went away right away :)

    Now all I have to do is find a 2000 tcu, anyone selling one?

    i'm in san diego as of last night... i'm about to go pick up a stock 2000 tcu for just over a hundred bucks so I can't complain right now

    The car is holding up great (aside from the tcu problem) and this trip has been amazing. We've been in Tallahassee, New Orleans, Austin, Tucson, the Grand Canyon, Vegas, San Diego and now LA... I might be back in San Diego on Thursday before I head up north to SF and then head back east

    long story short, the B5 S4 is still the best car ever made
