Got another fucking ticket in a speed trap I wasn't familiar with. It drops from 40 to 35, and I got pulled right after that drop. Got hit for 44 in a 35.

So, now I'm in the market for a new detector, and I'd like to add laser jamming to the line of defense as well. I did find a source for 904nm diodes, and all the frequency specs, but after cost, I could spend another $50 to $150 and have a commercial jammer that would probably work better than an untested homebrew hack.

Ideally what I'm looking for is good radar detection coverage, with lidar jamming integrated into it, in a discreet remote mount package. I'd really like to mount the laser heads in the grille above the rings in the front. Keeping it as elevated as possible should provide the best coverage. Has anyone mounted laser heads in the grille in the B6? Any problems?

I'd settle for separate radar/lidar detection and jamming if it'll help keep the price down. It's looking like the "top of the line" integrated kits are over the $1k mark, I'd like to stay under that.

Suggestions?
