I have the 2 piece headlights in my 98.5 and bought some 1-piece.
    i have the HID kit.
there are a million threads on this, and just wondering if someone has, possibly, a bookmark of a DIY on how to install the 1-piece (without the purchased adapter) in pre-facelift cars, while installing the HID kit. If there is anyone that has done both changes at the same time, and I know there is, please just help me out.
Sorry to contribute to the headlight threads. I haven't been on here in nearly 3 months, as I've been out of the country, and I STILL know how many headlight questions there are.

you have the HID kit? Can you be more specific? The OEM HID's or some plug-n-play kit?

the OEM kit invoves acutal electrical work, but the plug-in play kit is really just that.. there's no way to screw it up. ground to ground- positive to positive. On most aftermarket setups all the connectors are unique and fit only one way as well.
