^ 193.69 for a front bumper!!
I would go that route. You'll pay a shop that much or be that deep in materials and tools in order to get it right. Personally I HATE working with fiberglass. No matter how many gloves, protective eyewear, masks, arm sleeves I always manage to get some somewhere on me and it burns like a mofo. Not to mention no $29.99 home depot mask is going to protect you from the fumes.
Spend that 193.69 instead of taking years off of your life, or have a professional do it.
Those are the only options I personally would consider.
