Caliper Carrier - TT vs. a4 3.0L

Are they the same? Both cars have the 312x25mm discs up front. I ask because I can get the TT ones for cheaper.

They are not. The carrier bolt spacing is different.

i've done the 312mm upgrade on my VW and my B6 A4 and they are different..

the TT carrier will work on B5 A4s, but not B6..

it was an improvement, but not a huge difference.. if you have to replace the rotors anyway and can find the 3.0L carriers for a decent price, i would say go for it..

BTW: both B6 A4 3.0L and C5 A6 3.0L carriers are the same..

i am going to look into B5S4, B7A4 or B6/7S4 at some point..
