Does anyone here have an actual copy or PDF of the ZF document that shows fluid change recomendation? NOT proceedure, but the recommendation to change fluid. MY ZF link no longer works.
    Thanks in advance.

I'm confused as to which document you need.

Do you need the fluid capacity chart that shows the refill capacity and oil spec or do you need some type of TSB or campaign circular that gives added steps to the oil fill proceedure?

The fluid change interval for all multitronic gearboxes is 40K and 80K. Then the next step would be 120K....

just a note on capacity for those doing it. Be prepared for at least 7 litres. Blauparts kit supplies 5.

    Re: 4.2 trans service info.

The 5HP24 trans used for the 4.2's will actually take just about 8 liters when leaving the pan off for a while. If you're quick, then little over 7. The front diff and transfer case have seperate gear oil just like the 5HP19. The front diff has to be sucked out using a vacuum extractor. P-Cars using the same 5HP19 trans recomend doing it at 60K along with the trans service unlike Audi and VW who it never needs to be done. Though the whole lifetime fluid thing is a whole nother debate.
