Does anybody have any tips on Installing the Vast primary (front) o2 sensors?

I'm looking to pick up the Vast o2 sensors and the side fire plugs? Is that the best way to go for a stock 2000 s4

search..it's been gone over many times.

but long story short - use a LONG extension (i mated a 20" with another 12" for 32" total) and a crows foot wrench. i was basically standing at the passenger side fender to remove the driver side o2, etc.

it's not as hard as many make it out to be - just get the right angle.

crows foot for sure (rental free from Advance auto parts or autozone), extensions also. Also give it a good soak with pb blaster.

I think its easier if you remove the airbox and accordian hose. This gives you a little more working room and maybe a better angle.

What I'm looking for that I can't really seem to find in any type of search is how hard is it to get the electrical end installed. I see the o2 sensor in the exhaust but how hard is it to get the terminal end installed?

when your car is COLD, throw a couple soakings of PB Blaster on it for about an hour, then using a 18+" breaker bar and 02 socket, crank the passenger one out. just getting it loose should be good enough to reach down with your hand to get it out. I took out my accordian hose and top of the airbox (like 2 minutes to do). all in all for the passenger, in and out total time was 12 minutes. Not so sure about hte angle of attack on the driver side
