ride quality of 19's with stock sus.

my 05 audi came with 17'' wheels ....great smooth ride and fast pick up . got aftermarket hp design 18's ....overall ride still smooth but pick up slowed down and i can feel the pot bumps and everything else on the sus. now i see everybody has 19''s on ... hows the ride and feel with 19s with stock sus. if you live in nyc the 5 boroughs please leave feedback bout the overall ride and road conditions

19s with a medium thickness tire will ride pretty rough compared to stock, but still smooth enough to where it's comfortable. Now if u have 4x4 suspension, it won't make a difference lol.

Not gonna bother you unless you're a ride quality freak. It'll be a little more exaggerated than anyone else's car with stock wheels, but you def. get used to it, and dodging big bumps and potholes becomes automatic. If it were that big of a deal there wouldnt be so many people on here who have 19's and 20's.

I would assume it would not be that bad. I had coilovers on then 19s within a month. I have the coils pretty low so my ride quality is not the greatest. I can deffinitely feel every imperfection in the road.

I've had my 19s on for a few days now and I must say I like the stiffer feel. you can feel every bump and crack in the road.

35 aspect ratio puts you closer to the ground, so yes you will feel everything if you already didnt feel it with a 40 aspect ratio.

I went from stock 17's to 19's and the difference was negligible. Stock 2002 sport suspension. And im in Chicago where the roads are pretty bad.
