7 month parking - what needs to be done?

Add some Sta-bil to you fuel and fill the tank to full, put your tire pressure to 50psi and disconnect the battery.

yes its been sitting in controled environment(hanger) not moving at all, battery been disconected. Besides connectinig battery i dont really know what else to do . . .

So, your asking what needs to be done now that's aready sat. Fill the tank with fresh fuel and change the oil and filter.

Just an FYI -

Be careful with that Hengst Fuel Filter. Apparently the one on their site is for a late 2005 model only and it is different than filters prior to it. You'll notice in the picture that there are only 2 inputs and 1 output on the Hengst opposed to 2 inputs and 2 outputs on the OEM one. If you have an '02 you're going to need the OEM one. I just went through this mistake last weekend.

The OEM one is also a bit cheaper at www.genuinevwaudiparts.com

On Audiworld, take a look at the B5 A4 FAQ. There's a wonderful thread in there about storing cars in general let alone the 1.8t. Helped me tremendously on the last deployment.
