Hey guys, I did an AVC-R install for a guy on here and he said hed like to see some pictures taken, so I thought Id throw them up and show you guys just how awesome and factory this thing looks in the ashtray. At first I was hesitant to think that it would be cool, but now I WANT ONE. Anyway, install was pretty straight forward, enjoy!

its just like anything else except you take a dremmel to the ashtray... what turbo timer are you thinking about running? The AVCR is a boost controller

I mounted my eBoost on the pillar, kinda ugly but it always there at eye level...easy to switch maps on the fly.

how hard is it to tune using an AVC-R? I tried to fog my way around a demo model once and got lost.

thats what i want to know. I'm sure i could figure it out, i just don't want to end up blowing my engine while i'm learning how to use it

i'm really not so much looking for a boost controller but a digital boost gage/turbo timer in one.

It was super easy at least for me. You just go to settings>boost and work with the boost and stuff. You can do a pull, adjust, do a pull, adjust, I love it

Oh, and got another 1,000miles on the AVant on a round-trip up to Maine. Things are still pretty good but I think I've blown a front wheel bearing.

25? Thats it? I see 25 routinely on my GIAC FX software. 60K miles of being chipped and still going strong.
