BOV question

what kind of BOV is the one which makes like a horse sound, i jus listened to the Tial 50mm on a WRX, and thats the exact sound i want but then i heard the exact same BOV on another car and it was a totally diff sound.

then i saw other vids saying they have a boost surge, and it was making the horse sound that i want, ive never heard of boost surge, can someone inform me on it.

Tial 50mm sounds exactly like it does in that vid, and for what its worth, that valve moves WAY too much air for a stock turbo car ...

The flutter your wanting is boost surge, very common with bigger turbo's (30 series and up), again not something your going to get with a stock turbo

Just get a Forge 007 or 004 and an intake.

Stick with a Forge 004 or an HKS SSQ if you want a BOV

I put in my Forge SPLT-R DV/BOV Friday and am very happy with the results. Great BOV "whoooosh" sound and still retains the DV function.
