Need help trying to figure out what is wrong with my car...

Okay, to make the long story short, my car starts shaking like the wheels are out of balance ONLY when it rains. I've had my wheels balanced, aligned, and fixed the camber on it when I lowered my car with H&R coilovers. I had my wheels/tires balanced again thinking that would fix the problem. When it's dry outside, it rides fine. But when it starts raining and I hit the ruts of water on the road, it starts shaking like the wheels are out of balance and my top speed is only 65mph. Anything over that, my car starts shaking. UGH!! It is so frikkin' annoying. Just to give a background on what I have for suspension....H&R coilovers, upgraded front and rear sway bars, snub mount. simple answer: if you're wheels have a reverse lip on them, water stays in the barrel and as you drive, it causes the vibration

^^What he said. I get puddles on the inside barrel and the rear lip, you get used to it. It goes away afterall the water is gone

Thanks for the input guys. Just curious though, while I'm driving, shouldn't the water wash out and eventually start driving normal? For instance, I was driving where it was raining and my car was doing it's annoying thing, then the rain suddenly stopped and it was still doing it. One of my friends mentioned to me that one of my wheels might be warped. But if it was warped, wouldn't it ride like crap all of the time and not just when it rains? Is there something I can do to fix this if it is water trapping in the barrel?

The problem will exist until the water has dried. Maybe waxing your rims will help the water exit faster.

I'll give that a try. Thanks again y'all for your feedback. I was scared thinking that maybe my axle was loose or something and moving back and forth when it came in contact with some force. Thanks again.
