Can someone in Irvine check out an M3 for me?

I'm looking at an M3 out in Irvine. The dude said he would go to the spectrum to meet up. Is anyone interested in helping me out? I'm all the way on the east coast and need to know what the condition is really like. PM me and I'll give you more information.

I will be passing the spectrum @ approx 5pm tomorrow (+/- 30m) on my way home from work, so I wouldn't mind stopping by since I am right there
