They are universal, so u will have to do some piping work.

Will those have a noticeable sound difference? Tips alone are like $50 each

I think the exhaust sound would most likely be different from the stock, however, without the plumbing to the cat, there will be no performance gain.

    Re: ques for these mufflers..

Yes, they will be the same sound as the muffler you posted... So mufflers for $115 plus tips at $50 each = $215 vs $290 for those...

    $290
    -$215

    Re: ques for these mufflers..

Make sure you get the resonator cut off and replaced with straight piping when you get your mufflers on, otherwise you will barely sound any different from stock. And 30mins of simple work getting the resonator off- cut off and weld straight pipe, is all it takes. And it sounds like an exhaust should sound.

    wow thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!

And A4 kid, I'm going to bring them to a exhaust shop in my town and just have him toss them on, I have 0 car skills i wonder how much he'd charge to have the resonator cut off.

Will I still pass emissions and whatnot with no resonator?

    NP.
As long as you maintain your cat, you should be ok. Just a sound thing.

    Re: ques for these mufflers..

    Stock down pipe = 2.125"
    Stock Midpipe = 2.25"
    Stock Rear pipes = 1.75"

Test pipe, no resonator, and new mufflers will sound pretty good I'm sure, but for all the that money and work you have almost paid for a full cat back system that is full stainless and quality built for our cars... just my .02

    Re: ques for these mufflers..

    well it looks like

    mufflers: 200 shipped
    Test Pipe: 100 shipped
Down pipe 160 shipped (not too shure on this one)
    resonator(none)
2.5 piping all the way (how much would you say? for this?)

that would still be cheaper then most full cat back systems and its also turbo back! am i right? or missing something huge here?

    Re: ques for these mufflers..

^^^ well then you would be building a custom 2.5" magnaflow exhaust.. you would want 2.5" stainless pipe, flange to attach to your DP also, then it would be up to you on how you wanted the rest of your exhaust to be bent and sectioned... it can probably be done cheaper than buying one built for our car, but you would have to go to a good shop to have it fabbed up. I beleive people have gone this route for something different, but not sure on what the final costs came too... good luck
