    Month after month new products keep hitting the forums

    Mount, Density Line, Subframe Front, B5 Chassis
    We are VERY excited to be announcing the release of our 034Motorsport Track Density Subframe mouts for B5 Audis!

    WHAT THEY ARE: A new line of solid filled rubber motor mounts made FOR us by OE suppliers to OUR specifications.

    TRACKDENSITY Mounts are solid rubber mounts, but with an 85durometer approx 50% stiffer than stock, these are solid for all practical purposes and result in ZERO drivetrain movement. Vibrations from the engine are noticeably increased but not horrible. Definitely not smooth and quiet like stock mounts, but in return you get a completely locked down drivetrain with NO slop or deflection. These are perfect for the street/track enthusiast who doesn't mind a marked increase in vibration from the drivetrain.

    NOTE, THIS IS NOT AN OE MOUNT AND ARE NOT AVAILABLE FROM ANY OTHER SOURCE - These are built by an OE supplier to 034Motorsport specifications.

    Mounts will fit all B5 chassis cars. These mounts are recommended for vehicles with increased handling limits, Track Density Subframe mounts will ensure suspension geometry does not change at high suspension loads like OEM do.

    Price per set of mounts, enough for the front subframe

    RETAIL = 180US
    Mount, Diff Carrier Pair, B4/B5
    We are VERY excited to be announcing the release of our 034Motorsport Street Density and Track Density motor mounts for a wide range of Audis!

    We've been testing these mounts for some time to ensure they are reliable and meet the criterion for the intended use - results so far are very exciting!

    WHAT THEY ARE: A new line of rubber motor mounts made FOR us by OE suppliers to OUR specifications.

    STREETDENSITY Mounts are solid rubber mounts with a 50 durometer about 10% stiffer than stock, this means they still ride smooth and quiet but provide a marked improvement in drivetrain dampening over stock mounts. Livable street performance with serious sport intentions. Note, since there are no voids or air pockets in these mounts, even though the rubber is only 10% stiffer, the resulting reduction in drivetrain movement is actually 25% stiffer.

    TRACKDENSITY Mounts are also solid rubber mounts, but with an 80 durometer approx 90% stiffer than stock, these are solid for all practical purposes and result in ZERO drivetrain movement.

    NOTE, THIS IS NOT AN OE MOUNT, OR AN RS4 MOUNT, AND ARE NOT AVAILABLE FROM ANY OTHER SOURCE - These are built by an OE supplier to 034Motorsport specifications.

    We have tested these mounts on our own B5 1.8t quattro for over 10k road miles and 6 track days, upon recent removal they still looked like new..

    These mounts replace the upper differnatial carrier mounts, the 2 small bushings that press into the carrier that holds up the rear diff.

    Mounts will fit all B4 and B5 chassis cars including Passat, A4/S4, A6, 90 Quattro, RS2 and many other applications, feel free to contact us for clarification.

    price PER PAIR for one car.

    RETAIL = 24US
    AZ PRICE = 205US SHIPPED for the set up

    Please send me a PM when you are ready to order!

    I wonder if the carrier mount really makes a difference?

    P.S. Good work on the constant flow of new products for the B5...

    Love the innovation.

    Will the subframe mounts be offered in a street density? I need to tighten everything up for the track but still have to haul around clients and don't want them asking what is wrong with my car. Same goes for the S4 Avant. The great thing about that car is that it is fast and comfortable. It is easy to get one or the other but both is the real challenge.

    Which mounts are these a replacement for?

    Front subframe and rear differential mount. All these have to be pressed in with some sort of machine press.

    I'm glad I didn't see this thread tomorrow(pay day).

    Those carrier bushings are looking pretty tempting.

    Brain fart, but the subframe bushings are for the rear or front half of the subframe?

    All PM's replied...for those that are asking me via PM.I use aluminum subframe bushings so I see no need for SD units.

    while that would work, a press would make it a bunch easier.
    ... I'd say something about how backyard that sounds, but as a tech, I know how it goes. It'll get the job done.

    Honestly, I have a nice bearing installer at my shop, thats what Id use... Just letting others who dont have the means, there are ways to do it if they dont have a shop who is reasonable about putting the bushings in, that yes there is another way... I understand what you are getting though

    Threaded rod, fender washers, and nuts work well too. Or a big bolt.
