    Has anyone ever changed the rear diff oil???

    Just checkin to see if anyone has done this yet. I would like to see a DIY. Not sure if this is the same on all Audis or specific to a B7 so im posting in this site. Will also post in the Tech area to see if there is anything there. Let me know.

    ^^good question. I cant remember if this is recommend at ~60k service interval or not.

    Either way, if you do change it...redline gear-oil FTW!

    i actually bought the OEM oil from Audi.

    i only have 15K but i was just putting it out there. I might start getting in the routine of changing the oil once a year. There is nothing wrong with that. I just mainly want to know how many quarts the rear takes.
