Greetings,
MJM Autohaus (www.mjmautohaus.com) has always striven to make our site as dummy-proof, easy-to-use, user-friendly, thorough in descriptions (including an application guide for each and every product), and as interactive for the customer as possible. This also does not stop with our international inquiries, as due to the Dollar vs. Euro, are becoming more and more and more overwhelming. As a result, and to make shopping easier (including checking shipping quotes), we've created this link (www.mjmautohaus.com/international) that will explain each and everything you will ever need to know about doing business internationally with MJM Autohaus. The link at www.mjmautohaus.com/international (given to International Customers upon inquiry) will instruct each and every customer how they can check shipping quotes right off the site by adding their desired product to their basket, then simply entering the address desired for their item to be shipped to. Wa-la...boom...all done in less than 20 seconds (granted you know what it is you're looking for).
Why are we posting that here, you ask? Because we just received an international inquiry this morning at approximately 4:00AM CST, and upon giving the link to the customer to find out what shipping costs would be, we received a response back with:
"The link tells me nothing useful. Given I can't get a response to my query, I will source them elsewhere. Thanks for the lack of assistance!"
Upon responding back and informing the customer that the provided link did in fact explain how to go about in receiving a shipping quote, we were greeted with:
"Don't worry about it, wouldn't want you to go to any trouble to help
facilitate a sale. Bought elsewhere due to lack of cooperation!"
After going and back and forth with semantics, the end response was finally:
"What sort of company wants someone to go through the complete order process when all they want is a quote (including delivery). Maybe your quoting practice and service needs review.
I'll be sure to pass on my comments to the other members of Audizine!"
We figured since this International Customer was obviously an Audizine member (as he plugged in this email), we'd save him the trouble of posting his experience by going ahead and posting it for him.
For future reference for our International Customers, the following link (www.mjmautohaus.com/international) is how international inquiries are handled. Only you, our International Customer, knows the address at which the product needs to be sent to, the duration at which it needs to be sent (slow or fast), and with which carrier is preferred (UPS or USPS).
Honestly, it takes less than 20 seconds to receive a shipping quote via our International Customer Link, which consequently, is *LESS* time than it would be if you had to go back and forth and back and forth with a sales rep via email. For this reason, a simple link is given for International Customers, which saves both the customer and our sales team time.
We appreciate your time and ask that you feel free to email us if you have any questions not already answered in either this thread or in our link above.
Regards,
Team MJM
