    DECISIONS DECISIONS....turbo help needed...

hey guys, so it's coming closer and closer to the time that i'm going to be getting new turbos. i have an aftermarket warranty that will cover the turbos along with a stock fuel pump if needed and tc but i wasn't sure exactly which turbos to go with. i've been wanting to go with rs6 turbos, but i haven't seen enough research and development yet on tip's in order to make a solid decision. k04's i feel like will give me the amount i want power-wise, but it would require me to do the whole 9 yards (upgrading just about everything i.e. fuel etc.). plus with the more recent posts of people who've bought the latest batch of k04's i don't want to run the risk of them dying on me before i can even do anything. i will be driving this car cross country from chicago to az most probably around august next year so i'd need a reliable car that will be able to make the trip. so the question arises...WHAT TURBOS SHOULD I GET? any and all open-minded comments are much appreciated

I'm pretty sure your warranty company will only swap in k04's, everything else requires modification to stock parts just so you know. Also...

There was never a "BAD BATCH" its all bull shit, the only thing going on was BAD installs.

If you havent seen enough R&D on TIP's than you havent been searching because there is currently a tial tip out on the streets, also a GT and many more. Just because they dont post dosent mean they dont exist. there's plenty out there.

Get whatever turbos you can afford.

The more I'm thinking about it the closer I'm leaning towards a full k04 kit. I don't want to risk something going ary along the trip. Thanks for the input low
