    Coolant leak on 3.0L

Ok, ever since I bought this car I've been smelling burning coolant, I cant see where its coming from...but using my keen nose I can tell its defiantly coming from the rear of the left bank head area. I took it back to the dealer 2x and they said they cannot find a leak. They did have a hose replaced that runs from that area to the coolant res before i picked it up, and they keep telling me its just burn off from this old leak.

however, i've had the car for two weeks and I'm still smelling it, plus i noticed a small puddle of coolant in my garage now. where ever its coming from its very small, it doesnt look like its lost any coolant and its not over heating. Any ideas what it might be? I looked as hard as i could and cant see where its coming from. could this be the coolant flange/elbow i've read about?

I had the same issue. My leak was coming from the hose that runs off the left side of the coolant res and down into the backside of the engine. It "T's" into another hardline. The fitting on "T" was faulty.

    ^OMG, is that brains??

lol. the dealer replaced that very same hose, but its still leaking. I got a tip from another member to check out the res cap and the o-ring thats in there. I replaced the o-ring last night and so far/so good. cost $0.49. if it still leaks i'll pull that line out and check out the T to see if they replaced that. Its tough getting back there, even to just see.
