Ok so as most of us know I've been working my azz off to get my car ready for next weeks show. Well after today I think I'm going to have to withdraw. My kit that was suppose to be here at the latest today well hasn't surfaced and needless to say I am extremely pissed. I ordered this kit at the beginning of July with the peace of mind that there is no way that it would not get here in time. Well the jokes on me since the damn thing is not here yet and the show is only a week away and I still need to get my car to the upholstery shop for my interior. I mean I've been lied to by this company not once but now twice and will never trust this company again and certainly will not be ordering anything from them again and will not recommend them to any of my friends. You can bet your life that I will be on the phone bright and early tomorrow morning chewing someones azz off and trying to demand that they air freight over my kit ASAP in hopes that if I get it here by this week I might slimly be able to make the show. I also sent a very nasty email to the person I've been in contact with asking him where the hell my kit is. I mean wtf is it that hard to take an order and get a person their product in a timely manner I think not. Well with that being said I'll just end it here. Thanks for listening.

Just a quick note on the latest with this stupid company. I talked to the girl that basically took my original order. Now she says my kit is on the boat and my new delivery date is the 19th. But I won't hold my breath on that. In a nutshell she had no real answers as to what went wrong with my order. I really wanted to talk to her boss but of course like that would happen. I mean I would of told this person they should just close up shop and look for another business to run since they obviously can't run this one. She still needs to find out who's going to reimburse me for my show entrance fee. So I still have to wait for that response. Not sure if theres any legal action I can take I'll talk to my boss and see if there is something I can do other than reporting them to the bbb. So I guess I'll be at the show as a spectator rather than a participant. Well take it easy guys and see you guys soon.

Thanks lawrence for your input. I figure I would try cause it's not my fault I'm missing the show. Yeah so I'll shoot for December now. Atleast I have that to look forward to. But I think this is the worst experience I have ever encountered thus far and it doesn't help that they're not local otherwise I would be down there chewing some azz. Cause I really hate it when companies expect you to pay right away but when they're late in getting you your product all they do is give you the run around to me that's just a bunch of BS. Sorry but if this was my business even if I had to eat the cost I would try my darndest to make good with your customers. Cause as we all know that will make you or break you in this industry. And I'm sorry but when you screw me I make it my darndest to get the word out about how bad your company is. Especially when you don't even offer me some kind of compensation. You know it's not like I ordered a kit that is one of a kind.

Yeah I paid the shipping but I sent them a money order no credit card. But they called lastnight and am crediting me back my show fee at least.

No my car is still at Tech One being worked on. Should be done this week I think then I have to take it back to PUC to finish up. Then I'll just have to keep it in good condition till December.
