cliff notes:

kid takes car to auto tuning shop to get $16k worth of work done, but when car is done he admits he has no money to pay the $16k he owes the shop. whilst the shop finds out his mom is still paying $17k for the car loan. his gf trys to put a $60 down payment towards the $16k and the kid tries to setup a payment plan

other members search about the kid and found out he has scammed tons of people on the internet!

I dont mean to be a dick but it is pretty much all the fault of the business owner. they didnt take a deposit, and most of the money was for their labor. the TR guy even says th3e kid "barely covered the cost of materials". sounds to me like they are fairly new to business and were probably only thinking of the profit in the end. If all business made fraud easy, you would see a lot more guys like this kid trying to pull something off.
