Ohhhh Noooo - Glue-on Brembo brake caliper covers

    nitro rc

Poseurs, take note: you can finally corral all that imaginary power your Hyundai Elantra SRT8 isn't making underhood. Eric Hsu at JDM Insider's Beyond the Dyno blog came across what'll doubtless be the latest trend to show up on M-badged Plymouth Breezes everywhere: bogus, glue-on brake caliper covers that give you the high-performance Brembo look while perfectly maintaining your fakemobile's incomprehensible lameness. When it comes to things that suck, innovation knows no bounds.
What a joke. :( tires brand nitro rc truck biker motorcycle cars super

I'd go as far as to say that if your dumb enough to put those on your car, then you deserve it when they fall off and get stuck in your brakes/wheel/suspension/continuum transfunctioner

I wish I would've thought this idea up. Then I could take a mold of my brakes and sell them to others!

If anything, these would be a good way to figure out what color real BBKs you would want to get, if you were in the market for some.

these will be great until someone manages to eff up an install bad enough to cause braking issues... and crash. I wonder when they'll start making engine covers to make your honda motor look like a 599 V12 motor. :D

Re: Ohhhh Noooo - Glue-on Brembo brake caliper covers

I actually kind of like the idea... not that I'd want a brembo logo on my stock brakes but the idea of cleaning up your brakes and making them look clean, maybe with your own badging on there? The audi badge, or in my case maybe an S4 badge? I think it'd be pretty tight as long as there were no safety issues with them falling off. <flame suit on>
