Need to replace a side skirt

So as I'm pulling out of the shop where I was getting a quote on fixing my rims, the owner’s driveway has big rock sitting along the side near the road. I pull out to go left and then I hear a nice bump and scrap sound. I pull over and my side skirt is all scrapped to hell. So who knows where I can find a replacement other than junk yards? I could prob sand it out myself and repaint it, but I have no idea where I can find Imola paint that is perfect match and not going to be a different shade of yellow. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

as long as you paint is not faded to much this stuff will match very well. i have a few friends that have used it and it turned out great.

Im pretty sure dealerships sell spray cans in all the colors. Call them up and see. Like said above the only problem you will run into as far as matching goes is if the paint is faded.

Hmm I don't know do you really think a spray can is going to come out nice. I mean i want to spend as little as possible , but i also want it to look good

Any decent body shops in your area? I would get a repair estimate and go from there. You said it could be DIY sanded/buffed, so it shouldn't cost more than a few hundred bucks with paint at a good shop. Any pictures of the damage?

Yeah I mean I'm pretty confident that I could sand it out and respray myself (have a spray gun) but i was worried about the paint not matching up since i have nothing but people saying imola is really hard to match. I'll try to post some pic's of it later

I'd let a shop do it if matching is a big concern to you. That way, you get a "satisfaction guaranteed" on the work(at least at a good shop). I'm not brave enough to experiement on my car and it's black

haha yeah your prob right, I'm sure I'll end up asking to get the front and hood repainted as well too ahh damn this relationship with my car . I'm going to end up homeless
