P0299 engine code-turbo underboost

I have recently purchased a b7 a4 2.0t and later got the APR 93 octane program. Soon after the check engine light turned on and was diagnosed as fault code p0299. It turns off when the chip is disabled. Has anyone else had this problem or could offer some advice on what is causing this? THANKS

mine just started to do that but i havent turned off the flash. i will try that and let you know. but i hear a louder then normal wissling sound so i think i have a boost leak somewhere but i will try to update you.
