    Question for someone who knows alot about turbos..

    Posted this over at my home forum but figured you guys would know the answer to my question.

    Thinking about putting an Electronic Valve on my exhaust so i can run straight turbo when i run the car at the track. The only thing is im not very familiar with turbo cars. I know that running straight motor on N/A you can throw a rod or bend a valve. Is that the same case with the A4's turbo engine?

    You dont need to know alot about turbos to answer your question. And i have never heard of cutouts bending valves or throwing rods on N/A cars. Answer to your question, Yes a lot of people run them, even N/A cars.
