What do I need to do to make these fit? 19x8 et44

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
Found some BBS CK's for a good price... unfortunately, they are more tailored for A3's than A4's... 19 x 8 with et44, can I get these to fit or will I need to get some spacers?

    Thanks

it might be okay because for 19 inch rims, the ideal offset is 45

Re: What do I need to do to make these fit? 19x8 et44

U dont need anything. They will fit perfectly.
Now, if u wont to rub, yeah ok, YOU NEED spacers so as to achieve that...

think so? i'm running on 19 x 8.5" et35 rims right now (with my coilovers set at 25.5" ride height all around) with no rubbing... wouldn't a 19 x 8" et44 rim give me *more* clearance?

    thanks dudes

Re: What do I need to do to make these fit? 19x8 et44

Rubbing is something I think that each understands his own way...
In some setups I used, I never rubbed on the street, but I rubbed on the track while pushing very hard...
with the setup you mention, I would surely rub on the track...
Now with 44et you'll have the clearance you must have in every situation...Road, or track

As long as your brake caliper cleares the spoke design of the rims you will be fine. My race rimes are 18x8.5 et 44 and they clear my Alcon calipers by about the thickness of a credit card.

I have BBS CO's with et44 and they wouldn't clear my front calipers. You need at least 10mm spacers (which is what I'm running) or shave your calipers. My stock offset was 35.

19x8 35mm offset. Personally I don't think you can get much better fitment without needing spacers. But that is my very biased opinion.

really? tha'ts pretty big.. it would give me an offest of +24 in the back... also, aren't the calipers in the front larger; thus requiring larger spacers?

    davis - i'm looking at the 19 x 8's not the 18's... does that make a difference?

thanks... i'd like to try and get a definite answer before ordering these.
