Yes yes, the time has come. I am for reals selling my car. Seems like I pretty much ran out of things to buy for it in the last year so I'm parting ways. The Island Previews ad wasn't supposed to hit until next week but I guess my buddy who runs Previews is overly enthusiastic.

Timing belt and water pump done along with most of stage 3 items at 70k miles.
Made 483hp to the wheels on the dyno. I later made a couple tweaks and GTech'd it to a little higher, but haven't had time to go back to dyno to put that down on paper. Many of you have seen the car, now is the chance to own it. ...and yes...it is fast.

they are great cars. My friend loves his '06 and says he'll never sell it. The thing is so fast and nimble. He's waiting for the warranty to run out, then he's going turbo.

Just chop the top off your S4 . I like the S2K as well, but I wouldn't buy one, because there are a lot on the roads and will most likely get stolen.

Yeah, I did think to myself that I might look like a dousche bag in the the s2k..but Im married now, so its all over anyways.

Man I swear when you look in the engine bay of the s2k, it looks like this cute little engine, like a little chocolate cake wrapped in a blanket, theres no other word for it.

For what inspection? If you're talking about safety check then no they don't even look under the hood. And if you're talking about recon then no to that too.

I have the X1 intake, but I have no idea if it'll pass or fail as I don't have a safety and my car was for rare usage only...

They don't do safety inspections that in depth here.

So yes you will pass with the X-1.

Yeah, techs/mechanics rarely ever look under the hood. As long as your car looks stock exterior wise, you'll pass.

Even an 044 fuel pump!!! Dang all within the last like 7 months.


I just dont need this car here... And also I have come to accept that this car for me is a money pit.

Now this is for a clean never accident, silver 2000 with 80,001 miles.....

the only problem she has is I think a subframe busching needs to be replaced..it has some clicking noise moving around at low speeds (already did all CA's)

If you would have posted up in November of last year when I bought my stock 2001 S4 for 12,500 with 91,000 on her I would probably have taken you up on that.

Talk to the techs and lot attendants at Audi of Hawaii those guys are always looking for B5 S4s.
