Tire Size

I have an 2003 A4 1.8T Quattro. I have 19's with 235/35/zr19. It is like ridding on rubber bands with the 35 series tire i currently have. Is it possible to run a 40 series tire with my 19's, like 235/40/r19 or any other combo with a 40/r19. My car is sitting on a Sport Suspension right now. Any info will help.

Would a 235/40/19 be that much thicker that it would rub on a sport suspension. It is not lowered any more like the picture below. Just want my tire a bit thicker.

I wouldn't recommend it. Rubbing will occur.
