I have 2002 A4 w/o all those fancy options, but mine started peeling bad and I just need to replace that thing. I went to dealer, quoted me $140, but lost the quote with the part #.

I ordered mine from genuineaudiparts.com for $75 + shipping. I can get the part number if you need it but you should be able to find it on their site.
