how do u get the red lip on the bbs lm's

whats up guys i have a pair of lm rep's. i've seen people with the time attacks and i was wondering how they get the red around the lip ? is that a guard or is it painted on ?

All the time attack style wheels we carry have painted stripes (then clearcoated)

You can always use decals rings. Iv seen many people do that. Its easy and removable if your tired of the look.
