    Scat rods!

    J/k

    Going through your list:

Go with 630cc injectors- you will max a 630cc on 3 bar with that turbo, and require 4 bar, let alone the 550cc. I also have never found really any advantage to the 550cc's, and the 630's are readily available- we sell sets of them all day long for $220. I never used to recommend the 550cc even when we carried them- they are just an off the shelf part btw.

I would install the 044 pump in-line, rather then in-tank. These cars have major issues with fuel pump pickup with aftermarket pumps installed in tank. The 044 in-line will provide MORE then ample fueling and you will retain 100% OEM drivability aka still be able to use the full tank, not have to fill up at 1/4 to 1/3.

Cams are not a "must do" by any means, you will make more power out of that turbo on them, and definitely make more power on pump gas, but well over 400 fwhp is possible without cams. Changing to a set of inconel exhaust valves is VERY good insurance as the stock sodium filled ones like to break off at the stem and fall into the cylinder... CRUNCH.... (especially since you say you are going to run 26-27psi daily!) We do have seperate sets of exhaust valves only in stock and they are fairly reasonably priced, especially compared to what the cost of dropping a valve can be.

26-27psi, I hope you have lots of water-meth or better fuel then us from the pump at least. We only have 91 octane here, so we stop at 23-24psi on that. On our STOCK AWP with our drop in rods that turbo stopped making power at about 32psi - 425 whp. We are doing an intake manifold and camshafts / valves shortly and expect to make a bit more power at a bit less boost.

If you have any other questions feel free to PM or email me, I will try to find this thread again but you never know.

Definitely some good advice the only thing I would add, is that you should go with a adjustable FPR rather than a 4 bar so you better tune the fueling with those 630's.

Also, if you tear the head apart to do valves/cams, it may be worth considering having the head ported/polished or going with an AEB head but there are obvious costs there

Sounds like a pretty good build-up.

I'm diggin it too. You guys are making me want to pull the lump out of my mk2 and stuff it into an audi of some sort. Luckly, I don't have the time or energy to do it right now.
