Anyone running these combo yet? How does it ride? Do the Bilstein sport shocks have to be specially valved or can I just get it off tirerack to fit my Eibach pro kit springs?

    Re: Bilstein/Eibach combo

I have this combo as well...but its a little too soft for my taste. Im rubbing all over the place with 19x9.5 et 35 in the rear...the ride needs to be a little more stiff

    Re: Bilstein/Eibach combo

We're having a group buy for all variants of the KW coilover. Let me know if you're interested in that over the spring/shock combo.

If not, I can assist you on the bilstein/eibach combo as well! PM me if you'd like.

    Re: Bilstein/Eibach combo

I've got the Eibach/Bilstein setup and I am very satisfied with it.

The ride is only slightly stiffer than stock, and the ride quality in my opinion is awesome.

I have to admit that I have toyed with the idea on swapping to Koni adjustable, but only because I plan to autoX.

I have same set-up but with the H/R springs for a tad more drop. Ride/handling is great. Would do it again in a second.

    Re: Bilstein/Eibach combo

Hey guys I currently have coilovers and they are the Koni Track Coilovers or something like that. They cost me about 1200 Dollars I originally put Eibach Pro Springs on my stock base struts and I like the ride that they gave me, perfect for my tastes. I decided to get the coilovers because I know that the stock struts would wear out sooner than later. I had the extra money and went for the coilovers. Needless to say they are WAY to stiff for my taste(close to miserable!!! Hate drving the car anymore!!) I am thinking of putting my eibach lowering springs and Bilstein Struts and sell my Coilovers they only have about 2000 miles on them. My question to whoever answered this thread and whoever can answer this is which Bilsteins are you referring to and do I get the Bilstein HD's or the Bilstein Sport struts? I don't know which ones to get because I like the rides on rails effect but do not want it to take a bump or crack in the road like I don't have any suspension at all. What are your thoughts of the harshness of the sport struts form Bilstein or the HD's. Looking to make a move fast so any input on the differences in harshness will be appreciated!

    Re: Bilstein/Eibach combo

does anyone know if bilstein shocks are shorter than eibach shocks (which would basically mean a little more of a drop)
