Replacing fog lights

I have an A3 Sportback with the standard front bumper. I have just bought the S-line front bumper, and also need to replace the fog lights as the standard fog lights won't fit the S-line front bumper.

I have bought these plugs to replace the current plugs. But can I get the current plugs off the wire without cutting the wire and soldering the new plugs on?

I am in a bit of a hurry, so I hope some of you can help me quickly.

if you insert say, a small paper clip into the plug, to release the clip so you can pull the plug out.
