Car popping when floored

hey guys,
my car currently has an exhaust, chip and apr R1 diverter valves. Also i replaced my spark plugs abut 2K ago. Car is currently at 103K. When I floor the pedal around 3500 rpm the car sorta studders with a few popping noises. It then feels like it looses boost. I am not sure but I think it could be my bipipe, it is stock so i am not sure. I am hoping I could leave leave this to the pro's (aka all of you).

check your TBB, how tight your hoses on the R1s are, intercooler hoses and if you have the means, do a pressure test and VAG com.

i am not sure how to check my tbb. And for my hoses with the DV they are all clamped tight. lastly i am not sure how to check the intercooler hoses as well.

When you replaced your spark plugs did you gap them right? I believe stock mine were at .35. I had the same thing (when I got fueling for K04s) because they were gaped too high.

I did not replace the spark plugs my self. It was done by a local little gas station shop. Also when i use racing fuel sometimes the popping does not even happen or sometimes it is just a little less popping...its weird

Do you use racing gas on a different program for your chip?

Sounds like you're misfiring -- which could be due to a plethora of things. Have you pressure tested or scanned the car yet?

dude get your ass on the ground a look at the hoses. look for tears in the throttlebody boot. look for places where air would escape.
i doubt its a boost leak causing it but check anyways. misfires like that usually come from wrong plug gap, bad coil paks or running waayyy too rich(backfire)

build a pressure tester that you hook up after the MAF mine is made of the hoses like the AWE one that has a pvc cap with a compressor attachment on it hook it up to a compressor see if you hear any hissing. (there is another hole you have to take off some sensor and plug that up.

i had the samething happen when i did my K04's as well cause my plugs just like rated s, since you have the k03s though 3 grand is probably exactly where it would do that.
