I jusst threw away my bench and olympic weghts. I do have a smith machine if you want it. It also has cable attachment for pull downs or curls. All you need is a flat bench to bench press or use as is for squats.

Pick it up and its yours. Its in Vallejo.

i have a bunch of weight stuff, including a bench press bench, another bar stand, and another bench that has the pull down bar and a leg attachment, along with a bunch of weight plates. its older stuff, but if you want to come take a look, i live in martinez, and am looking to sell cheap....
