I've refined over and over my coating process and now have it finalized to this production from here out. (obviously if you prefer just silver I can skip it just for you weenies )
Will the pad surface area wear away ? Yes, HOWEVER all the holes and slots and hat and outer areas will remain powdercoated and let me tell you, it looks AMAZING with the black insets on your silver faced rotors. I do it this way because of the time it takes to do individual holes as well as it doesn't always come out as good unless you coat and bake the whole surface evenly.
This is as good as it gets and I've been working on this project alone for well over a year now.
German made and not a knockoff rotor or cheaper mixed materials from other countries. I use the highest grade and highest quality stuff I can get my hands on. Slightly more in price but when it comes to life or death stopping there's no price too high IMO. I have stress tested them on both my friends and my cars as well as our work truck, a Ram 2500 quad cab, utlized for towing, hauling and a ton of other "dirty" work. We've put 83k miles on them without a SINGLE stress crack thusfar, and these are drilled\slotted. That's more load and work than you could do in a hundred track days or years of DD'ing. I do em the best there is and gurantee them that way on your end.

With this package I'm including custom teflon coated SS Lines as well. These have a smoothe teflon coating outside the SS coils to prevent any dust or other material to get stuck in between the lines and diminish them prematurely. Another amazing product I've been working on for some time to get right. LIFETIME Warranty.

I will also be including Hawk HPS Pads. You want the best, these are the best. Other pads tend to squeel more often and I've even on many occasion seen a well known pad WARP a ROTOR in under 5k miles. I will not even venture into this area because nobody can or will do it better than Hawk, so why bother.

Shipping can be one of 2 ways:
1. I can box everything together very securely and it will be around $60 to ship it all with Fedex and tracking #.
2. I can break them down into flat rate USPS boxes individually and it'll be around $8-$9 per box to ship, but you will get the front rotors x2 \ Rears together in one box \ Pads & Lines in the last box so $8 x 4 = $32-$35.
It's extra $1.20 per box for tracking\delivery confirmation.
It's a little cheaper for the Fedex closer to SoCal but that pretty much covers the majority of the US in pricing.
