    I just picked up another s4 and its a H box Will a M box drop in or do i need to recode. it seems like there is tons more M box 01.5 stuff running around. I also read some place that the H box giac file was best for tweeking. can anyone confirm. thanks

    Yes, M box is interchangeable with H box, however, you will have to recode your instrument cluster with Vagcom...FYI, if you are looking for a chipped ECU, I have a chipped H-box ECU with 3 programs, 91, 93 and stock, as well as anti-theft protection...PM me if you are interested.

    I have an M-Box in a car that was originally an H-box. I did not recode and it still works fine, although I do get an error code in Vag-Com. I'm just too lazy to figure out how to recode, so someone post it up for this guy.
