Did I find my problem yet? What should knock sensor V's be around?

What should the knock sensor voltages be around when driving part throttle... Because mine look like such...

    Cyl 1 - 1.5-3.0V
    Cyl 2 - 3.5-5.0V
    Cyl 3 - 1.5-3.0V
    Cyl 4 - 1.5-3.0V

As you can tell, cylinder 2 is pretty high... Also, the other day, I had a MISFIRE at cold start... I am also getting random knocking.... I am assuming it is cylinder 2... I seafoamed it and made no difference... I mean, this knock is enough to ECHO off the walls of the buildings around me... Mainly when I shift or let off the throttle at mid-high rpms.... Sometimes happens at part throttle when in gear but mostly when I go to shift... I also see up to 4 or so just driving around on block 020 when all others are 0... So now, I am thinking maybe we are getting somewhere and it is NOT my ECU causing my low boost request issues... So, the knock sensor isn't bad since everything is pointing to cyl 2 and I am getting actual knock... No CEL either...

So then, I take it you determined that your fuel pressure was okay? What do your spark plugs look like? Take pictures of them and post them up if you can; preferrably labelling which plug came from which cylinder...

I just changed the plugs like two-three weeks ago... The ones that came out were fine... The issue has been lasting as long as the low boost issue but I just now plopped acrossed it again today because it was acting REALLY bad...

at idle my knock sensor voltages are <1, part throttle they are around 1-4 (depends what you mean by part throttle) full throttle My knock sensor voltages are around 15-20V idk if this is helpful because i dont know if mine are okay or not...

Cyl 2 is always higher, its a 1.8T block design. Any 1.8T car will have a higher voltage reading on cyl 2. Also, it is hard to determine what knock voltage really means. I hit my max allowable before tho which is like 29 IIRC. What you need to check is your timing retard to look for problems.

I always get timing retard of 4-6 just coasting/driving around. I have a new cam chain tensioner in now so that could possibly change timing retard.
