    is there a breakin period after timing belt change?

    got a weird noise very breifly when i started this morning, did my timing belt change the day before, however is there a break in period for the belt?

    nope, pull the covers off and make sure nothing is frayed on the belt and that everything is spinning freely

    LOL.. Last timing belt I did made me end up doing all my internals.. Man that was fun.

    All because I bottomed out the piston.. I could have SWORN it had zero tolerance, I was wrong.. But got a fully built motor out of it though!
